Fry-day, week 1

G'day again and welcome to the second instalment.

Wednesday night - went to Kingsley's for dinner with Matt & Lyd. They do 1kg steaks, but none of us managed over 400 grams (light weights!). Check the menu: http://kingsleyssteak.com.au/downloads/KingsleysKING%20AlaCarte.pdf
Milo brulee? I'd love to tell you what it tasted like, but after stuffing myself full of steak, I couldn't manage dessert. Delicious..

Yesterday was beautiful and sunny up until about time to leave work (beer o'clock), when the wind picks up to cool everything down to about bearable. :)

A truck with a skip on the back passed me on the way to work - the name of the company was 'Dial A Dump'. It made me snigger.

Took the camera on the run this morning with some dubious results...

A couple of magpies singing for their breakfast..

Some rainbow lorikeets in a tree..

Bondi beach in the hazy morning light.. (note the lack of swell - it's going to be a scorcher today!)

Another cheeky lorikeet:

Frangipani flowers always remind me of home. :)

That's all for now folks.
Weekend plans - barbie and a dip in the pool at Runci's place. Pearl Jam gig on Sunday night. Relax and enjoy the weather.. Hope you all have a good one!
Jen.
